The Classic of Little Rest American Single Malt Whisky is our effort to present a new American Classic to traditional Single Malt drinkers. John Dyson and Shane Fraser have carefully tasted through the barrels in the warehouse to develop an expression that accurately represents the character of the distillery and can be consistently delivered to our supporters. We will maintain this classic expression to the best of our ability even as our stocks continue to age and improve.
Those whisky drinkers new to Little Rest should expect a traditional spirit crafted by Scottish Master Distiller Shane Fraser, whose thirty years of experience making single malt lend Little Rest its historic character. Tenmile Distillery’s goal has been to return to a time before mass production to make the best spirit, from the best grains, with the best people. We hope you enjoy the effort.
