Tequila Ocho Anejo Single Estate Tequila hails from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, where the finest blue agave plants are cultivated. Crafted with precision and care, this aged tequila offers a rich and complex palate, characterized by notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. Its aroma entices with hints of cooked agave, spice, and a subtle earthiness.

Made from 100% blue agave, Tequila Ocho Anejo undergoes a meticulous aging process in oak barrels, resulting in a smooth and refined spirit. With an alcohol content typically around 40% ABV, it delivers a balanced and satisfying drinking experience. Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, this tequila captivates connoisseurs and newcomers alike with its depth of flavor and undeniable quality.

Whether sipped slowly to savor its intricate layers or mixed into a classic cocktail for added complexity, Tequila Ocho Anejo Single Estate Tequila stands as a testament to the artistry and tradition of Mexican distillation. From its origins in the agave fields to the glass in your hand, each sip tells a story of craftsmanship and heritage, making it a cherished addition to any spirits collection.

Produced at NOM 1474 is meticulously crafted from Tequilana Weber agaves, hailing from the single estate in the high-altitude region of Los Altos, Jalisco. The agaves are cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens and the juice is extracted using a roller mill. Pure natural spring water from the area is used throughout the production process. The fermentation is unique, taking place in open-air, wood fermentation tanks, strictly using 100% agave with no fibers, ensuring a pure and unadulterated flavor profile. This tequila is distilled twice in copper pot stills and undergoes aeration to enhance its smoothness, but it skips the aging process to preserve the fresh agave flavors. It is additive free, promising a clean, authentic tequila experience.
