• Reposado tequila produced at El Pandillo (NOM 1579) in Jesús Maria, Jalisco (Los Altos) • Maestro Tequilero Felipe Camarena • Produced from 100% Azul (Agave tequilana) • Cooked in a unique stone oven with steam jets above & below • Milled using a mechanical stone tahona • Fermented with proprietary yeast in stainless steel tanks using deep well water • Distilled twice using traditional copper pot stills • Aged for an average of 6 months in ex–bourbon barrels  • Oxygenated in steel tanks before bottling • Chlorophyll, white pepper, broccoli, honeysuckle, lemon thyme, cracked peppercorns, mango peel, crème brulee, and powdered baking spices—dry cumin, cinnamon, and nutmeg—with a mineral backbone reminiscent of a granite quarry or a stonecutter’s wheel rolled in dessert • Verified additive free by Tequila Matchmaker • 40% ABV
