The Crusher Red Blend

This is a Tempranillo-driven red wine blend that opens with plush aromas of tart cherry, raspberry reduction sauce and toasted cedar. Red fruit dominates the palate forefront with succulent boysenberry and red cherry juice flavors accented by cedar notes from the French oak aging. The oak nuances round out the palate, adding length and texture. This medium bodied beauty displays balanced acidity and finishes with notes of Dutch cocoa. Serve it with Spanish paella, Cajun jambalaya rice, or braised chicken legs. Barbequed meats and vegetables are another perfect accompaniment.
