Refreshing, with subtle flavors of gooseberry and sweet summer herbs finishing juicy and long.Ideally-suited to shellfish, salads, citrus-sauced dishes, ocean voyages, and park blanket reconnaissance.We sought our Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, where, to make the zestiest blend possible, our winemaker selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the country's two islands, Marlborough on the northern part of the south island and Martinborough on the southern part of the north island. Grapes become wine in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks no oak touches it at any step in the process. The result is a bright, clean, zingy wine.Low carbon footprint: special lightweight glass, local sustainable printer, recycled/recyclable paper.
