Our flagship Cafe Series cold brew coffee maker features a 10-liter (2.5 gallon) container that's simple to use and nearly effortless to clean. The brewer includes an internal filter platform constructed from one solid piece of stainless steel (no folds or pockets where liquids or coffee grounds could get trapped). The stainless steel spigot comes with readily replaceable food-safe washers - and can be completely disassembled for cleaning.

Utilizing single-use paper filters, the Cafe Series cold brew coffee maker produces a concentrate that can be easily dispensed into kegs or other airtight storage vessels.

**Not compatible with the Toddy® Cold Brew System Commercial Model filters.

SPIGOT TIGHTENING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Unpack the spigot, gaskets, and nut.
2. Remove the platform from inside the brewer.
3. Place one washer on the spigot and insert the thread end through the hole in the brewer with the spout pointing to the right, parallel to the base of the brewer.
4. Reach inside the brewer and place the other washer on the spigot end.
5. Tighten the nut until finger-tight. (Do not overtighten.)
6. While holding the nut with one hand and the spigot with the other, rotate the spigot one-quarter turn to the right until the spout points down.
