OVERVIEW: For this release, Two Stacks finished its blend in casks that previously held apricot brandy, allowing the whiskey to absorb vibrant fruit character and delicate stone-fruit sweetness. Bottled at cask strength, the whiskey is presented exactly as it emerged from the barrel—unfiltered, intense, a symphony of layered flavors.

TASTING: In the glass, the result is striking. Aromas of ripe apricot, orchard fruit, honey, and soft baking spice rise from the nose. The palate opens with rich stone fruit and bright sweetness before giving way to malt, vanilla, toasted oak, and a warming pot still spice. At full strength, the whiskey carries a powerful structure, yet the apricot brandy cask adds a lifted, aromatic elegance that keeps the profile balanced and complex. The finish lingers with dried fruit, subtle sweetness, and warming spice.
