The Extra Añejo you see before you is made with 100% estate-ripened Blue Weber agave that is cooked low and slow in stone and brick-lined ovens for twenty-two hours and fermented in stainless steel tanks, and double-distilled in copper pots. After which it is allowed to age for an average of 6 years in used bourbon barrels made of American white oak.
