Made in an Italian style, Vya Sweet Vermouth’s base is a proprietary blend including Quady Starboard Batch 88 port-style wine (Portuguese varietals), Quady Essensia Orange Muscat and dry California white wine. It is then hand infused at Quady Winery with a selection of over 17 herbs and spices.
The botanicals in Vya Sweet Vermouth come from those parts of plants where warm energy is concentrated: seeds, bark, and roots. These components tend to have bitter elements, which are then balanced with sweetness.
