Yamazaki 12 Year is a single malt whiskey which has been aged twelve years in various casks, like American oak, Spanish, and Japanese, which gives it is unique and complex fragrant flavors of fresh botanicals. It is a Navy strength Gin with a medium body. The nose awakens you with delicate essence of native finger limes, turmeric, and fresh ginger. The body has bold notes of honey, caramelized dried fruits. The finish is soft and mellow with a lingering, woody, dry finish.

Yamazaki 18 Year is a highly collectible single malt whiskey which has been aged eighteen years. It spends 80% of its time maturing in Sherry casks instead of white oak like the twelve year, which imparts a richer and more complex tasting profile. The nose on this one is bright with bursts of zesty citrus peel, mingled with a hint of Sherry. On the palate awakens you with bold notes of oak and orchard fruits, and wood resin. the finish is luxurious with subtle hints of florals, and lingering notes of sherried dried peels. 

History
Yamazaki 12 Year & 18 Year Bundle are single malt whiskeys which are produced at the Yamazaki Distillery in Japan. The Yamazaki Distillery was established in 1923 as the first commercial whisky distillery. It is owned by Suntory whose founder Shinjiro Torii was inspired by Scottish whisky and set out to create his own Japanese inspired in different terrain and climate conditions. Suntory is now a world-famous brand that is known for producing quality, technique, and sophistication. This single malt has even been awarded the Master status at the Global Gin Masters from (2015 to 2019).
