Nose
Sweet and smoky on the nose, the peat smoke influence comes through in notes of toasted marshmallows and smoked ham. Notes of dark chocolate and clove develop with time.
Palate
The coastal influence comes to the forefront on the palate in notes of sea salt and fishing nets, along with a sweetness reminiscent of candied apples and toffee.
Finish
The sweet peat infuence remains in the finish in a burnt candy note.
